Spam and rice for sale on counter. Temperature measured 70F. Per PIC, spam/rice and tea drinks come from ACHA Coffee and Tea located at 3245 Sierra Road, San Jose. Spoke with someone on the phone who brings food over from ACHA. Person on phone stated that spam and rice finished cooking at 10:30am. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Spam and rice must be discarded at 2:30pm. Ensure that invoices are provided upon request for items for sale in facility from another permitted facility.
